Why here

Trade fair days with an apartment, not a hotel room

One apartment instead of several hotel rooms

Around 50 m² for up to 6 people with three separate sleeping places: a double bed and a sofa bed in the bedroom, plus another sofa bed in the living area. Handy for a trade fair team – especially when hotel prices rise during the fair.

Arrive late, leave early

Self check-in from 3 pm: you receive the access details before arrival, so it also works if you only arrive late in the evening after setting up your stand. Check-out is by 10 am.

Kitchen and washing machine

Make breakfast before the fair, wash a few shirts mid-week – handy for a full trade fair week. The supermarket at Goetheplatz is a 5-minute walk away.

Evenings in the city centre

After a day at the fair you are in Ludwigsvorstadt rather than on the outskirts: restaurants around the corner, two metro stops to Marienplatz and a 15-minute walk to the main station for the journey home.
